1. Service Agreement

By booking our chauffeur services, you agree to these terms. Our service is provided on an as-available basis for lawful transportation purposes only.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings with full refund at our discretion.

3. Payment

A 50% deposit is charged at booking. The remaining 50% is captured automatically upon trip completion. All prices are in CAD and include applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 2 hours before pickup receive a full refund; cancellations within 2 hours of pickup are non-refundable. A refund is only issued once you have reached your driver and informed them of the cancellation; if you cannot be reached and the driver cancels, the booking is non-refundable.

5. Waiting Time

All vehicles include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time. After that, CAD per-minute waiting rates apply and vary by vehicle (Maybach and Luxury Sprinter $2 CAD/min, 14-Passenger and Party Sprinter $1.50 CAD/min, Mercedes S-Class $1.25 CAD/min, SUVs and sedans $1 CAD/min).

6. No-Show

A booking is treated as a no-show if the client cannot be reached or does not respond — after 30 minutes for non-airport pickups, or 60 minutes for airport pickups. No-shows are charged at 100% of the booking amount.

7. Additional Charges

Tolls, parking, airport fees, and applicable taxes may be added to the booking.

8. Liability

We carry full commercial liability insurance. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control, and are not responsible for lost items. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the trip.

9. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully and are responsible for any damage. No smoking or illegal substances. We reserve the right to terminate a trip without refund for abusive, intoxicated, or disruptive passengers.

10. Privacy

We collect personal information to process your booking. We do not sell your data to third parties. Payment data is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
