You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
How to Cancel
Log in to your account and cancel from "My Bookings", or call us at any time. Cancellations by email are accepted but response-time dependent.
When Refunds Apply
A refund is only issued when you have reached your driver and informed them of the cancellation. If you cannot be reached and the driver cancels the trip, no refund is given.
Driver Wait Time
All vehicles include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time. After that, CAD per-minute waiting rates apply and vary by vehicle (e.g. Maybach and Luxury Sprinter $2 CAD/min, 14-Passenger and Party Sprinter $1.50 CAD/min, Mercedes S-Class $1.25 CAD/min, SUVs and sedans $1 CAD/min).
No-Show Policy
A booking is treated as a no-show if you cannot be reached or do not respond — after 30 minutes of waiting for non-airport pickups, or 60 minutes for airport pickups (measured from the scheduled/landing time). No-shows are charged at 100% of the booking amount.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.
Force Majeure
In cases of severe weather, government-mandated closures, or other force majeure events, we will offer a full credit or rebook at no charge.
