Log in to your account and cancel from "My Bookings", or call us at any time. Cancellations by email are accepted but response-time dependent.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.
No-Shows
If you do not board within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup with no contact, it is considered a no-show and the full booking amount is charged.
Driver Wait Time
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after the flight lands. All other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional wait time is billed at $1.50/min.
Force Majeure
In cases of severe weather, government-mandated closures, or other force majeure events, we will offer a full credit or rebook at no charge.
