Your information is used to process and manage your booking, communicate trip updates via email and SMS, and provide customer support. We may also use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our service.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your data only with: (a) your assigned chauffeur, so they can complete your trip; (b) Stripe, our payment processor; (c) Twilio, our SMS notification provider; and (d) law enforcement when required by law.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. With your consent, we may use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) to measure and improve our marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings banner.

Booking records are retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. Account data is retained until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never passes through our servers.
